Bonne performance pour le groupe C-Care qui affiche Rs 157,9 millions de profits nets pour le semestre clos au 31 décembre 2024, contre à Rs 146,1 millions pour la période correspondante en 2023. Le chiffre d’affaires progresse de Rs 1,6 milliard à Rs 1,9 milliard, soit une progression de 18%. Malgré cette performance, la direction observe que « rising operational costs, especially staff expenses, with the relativity adjustment and the exceptional 14-month bonus affected our financial efficiency ».
En outre, le bénéfice avant impôts a été affecté « by higher depreciation and financing costs associated with the group’s significant capital investments in new activities like the new cancer unit, the new clinic in Grand Baie and infrastructure and technological upgrades ».
